The SF3 brings the entire gym to you. It's equipped with 2 weight stacks, 2 sliding pulleys, a selectorized smith bar, a pull up bar, tablet holder, & a complete accessory kit.

The unique Selectorized Smith Bar on the SF3 is directly tied into the weight stacks. There's no need to load and unload Olympic plates to change your weight, just move the pins.

Need more weight on your Smith Bar? No problem, you can double the weight with the SF3's weight multiplier feature.
